Oh hai, so tell us some scary games here, since there are sadly allmost none that i find scary 
The following games are the ones that scared me on places:
Amnesia
Slender
SCP-087 (apfelbrot said it)
Paranormal (i saw it from pewdiepie and then played it, damn scared the sh*t out of me on some places)
Ju on the Grudge (scariest of all but its on wii only, good thing one of my friends has one so i played it in his house
)
Dead Space Extraction
Sillent Hill
Try them and post the name of other games that you find scary

I once watched a lets play of a game called LSD.
It actually only scares some people, not everybody. It's a dream emulator and made in Japan, so yeah crazy sh*t goes down. If you want to find out more, Google it.

I heard about Resident Evil game.
After the movie(s), the game not too scary, but check it if you want.
About the Silent Hill.. My friend was played with this game, but he said it's just funnily scary.

Well i don't find resident evil scary, as for Silent Hill, it scared me on a couple of places.

I played Ib. Like pewd did after cry. Kinda scary i think. AWESOME story cool music so good puzzles. everyone must play it.
