Check the hacker list. If you are there, There is a reason Why you are banned.

i didnt know there is a bug and it is prohibited, also there is a speed hacker when i was playing called freaky guy...nobody is born knowing, i never use hack and i think my USGN never get banned at SH, please give a 2nd chance i didnt know that, im good player..

You'd obviously know it's wrong to use a bug that gives you extra heroes than what you're supposed to have.
Seriously this generation, i have no hope in it.
