Well, I tried the new password thing with the account and email that you posted but it says that the e-mail is not correct. Maybe you used another e-mail? Cause I was able to send a new password to my e-mail successfully. Try another e-mail, if it doesnt works I dunno, maybe an admin on forums could help you I guess, if there is one active ofc.
