I guess then that the problem reported to me was wrong, I don't seem to understand how you got banned when you were a vip (Only admins could ban vips) so to clear this out:

If an admin has a problem with ebe or the one who got you banned wants to report you for something please write here why or else ebe will get unbanned

Jenei Patrik have that ip changer - so weird -, I've seen his ip so much times, sometimes it was different, but sometimes his ip was returned to a previous one. I know this, because I note it.
Eww, I don't know much about dynamic ips, but it's just hide his real ip and add a new one.

1.) Sure, I did it, but months ago I haven't did that.
2.) I banned you for multiple accounts, I banned your cousin because multiple accounts - and yes, he have ip changer. Otherwise you cousin is a spammer, a flamer, and not sure is a hacker.

my cousin never use hack... why? i hate the hackers and maybe he use hack i kill him.(only beat him xD)

Oh yes,i did,its about 2 guy's,1 who is a flamer and got different Ip,and the other one who say's that he's hes cousin who try to defend him....and Brainless who banned the sh*t outa the 1rst one
