I don't know if this is the appropriate section or not, but here goes. Long story short;0 Coon showed up and ultimately tried to kick me using both of his accounts(He really hates me).
Then lua did the rest. I got his IP, but I don't know if it will be useful since he uses dynamic ips. But anyways, it's:

He could be behind a proxy for all i know.



UPDATE: He came back with the same IP. I kicked him and he came back again two times with different names but the same IP. Apparently he changes his IP only when he gets banned.

Banned him numerous times.
He uses proxies. Same Ping different IPs.

Use of a proxies/vpn's renders it useless. Banning ranges can also block innocent users, depends of the method of course...

Well you can test the theory of him using a proxy or VPN by range banning him (temporarily), if he comes back with another IP of another region then we can at least be sure that he's using a proxy.
