this guy camping now 15min as ct.
he didnt want to win games he just want to camp...

As stupid as it sounds, there's no "official" rule against CT camping, instead of the natural rule for the TT's. But we'll be discussing about his behavior.

I guess the camping rule must be applied for Cts too bcz sometimes, when the C4 is lost, the boat is "destroyed" and is only a Ct alive and camping in the base, the last solution to win the round is to kill that Ct.
