THIS STUPIT ERROR ON WINDOWS 8.1 !!!!

Hey Guys PLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLS!!!! Do you know how to cure THIS BIG ERROR!!! which is
Location not available
C:/Windows/system32/config/systemprofile/Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might been move or deleted

-What I've  tried
1. I kicked the windows screen and then it broke O.O jk
2. Connect internet 3 times
3. Try insert windows vista installation disc and It didn't came :O my device and drive is connected to it

-What could possibly that the error cause
1. Massive error
2. Deactivated Windows
3. Something could go wrong on the system

-What does this error do
1. Dosen't let you right click on anywhere on the screen
2. Dosen't allow you to view PC Files
3. Dosen't allow you to take screen shots on cs2d :C otherwise another Error: 9:671 will occur on cs2d
4. Dosen't allow you to download anything

-What could can fix
1. Press any buttons that can do refresh (OMG TELL ME WHICH BUTTONS)
2. Change windows 8.1 Settings not the PC's settings

AND PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS TELL ME HOW TO FIX DIS CRAP

Fix this! I will do anything! And I got avast! antivirus

Did you delete anything in the system files? Or try to open task manager and Start a new task "EXPLORER" .

Also check in users if "Desktop" exists.

I told u I cant view files -_- and I cant open desktop this is also is controlled by the error

If you have 2 drives then exchange master and slave and try to re-install or buy a new Hard disk.

I'd suggest reformatting. Anything else is probably just a waste of your time. Make sure you use a trust-worthy anti-virus next time.

I heard about reformatting is some word-processing programs format output in a variety of ways. But I don't know how to this. Does anyone know refresh buttons on keyboard?

P.S gamu5 when I start new task on explorer I push me to windows files and the error comes again :S

Maybe u need to add new Windows 8.1
