Yh, you're right and I wanted to say this thing more time ago, but I decided that it's admin's business to add/remove mods/vips...or you just don't know how to do to get removed from your position and made this topic for this thing.

There are too many Moderators but most of them are European and you need only about 1 mod at a time. I suggest recruiting moderators from different parts of the globe. Though the decision completely lies in the hands of the Administators.

I'm on (computer at fixing for about a month, sorry for not being active for a sh*t amount of time.) when no others are on, make me mod.

That's actually not true, you cannot watch over more than 10 players at a time.

People are smart enough to report to mods when someone breaks the rules. + We have always more than 3 mod online at once.

Y not remove the mods who r inactive.

I'm not planning to remove/demote anyone, except, if the user unwilling to cooperate, pulling us back being idiot all the time.

But regarding to this case, I temporary close the recruitment of moderators. Inactive ones will be sorted, there will be a discussion thread about their future removal or not.

Keep in mind CT's already have those+The chances of Free killing and helping TT's/giving them stuff.

So watching over CT's can become more handy than watching all the 10 players.
