Your Favorite Horror Game

I have 2 favs,
1-) Resident Evil Series
2-) Silent Hill Series

These are bests in their age

aw yis, a topic I like.

1. Outlast and the DLC
2. Penumbra 1.
3. Amnesia. (both of them)
4. Yume Nikki and their fangames (.flow especially)
5. FNaF 2 (dont hate me plz)
6. Silent Hill (literally every game even P.T)
7. Dead Space 1 and 2.

My list is actually longer but I forgot some of them right now. rip brain

I guess that the first Resident Evil games were good, but I never tried them out, so I can't judge it.

So you liek h0rror games... FNaF 2....(actually its scary too ) Amnesia & outlast are awesome but i still dont have time to try

Outlast and Resident evil

I know some people will want to burn me on a stake for saying this but I really didn't like Outlast. It was trying way too hard to give the psycho feel, had expectable jumpscares, bad enemies, repetitive gameplay... if anything, it was a mediocre horror game.
My favorite is Penumbra, all three of them. It's so friggin good! If you haven't played them yet, you are missing a lot!
Also, the team who made Penumbra and Amnesia are working on a game called SOMA. From what I have seen, it looks awesome! I am definitely looking forward to that.

I think the first one had it right, it was really successful at making you jump. However the developer played around with the mechanics too much after the second game. Have you seen the latest FNaF? It's horrible - in a bad way-.

I don't have a favourite horror game bcz I never played a game from this category and I don't want to do it in the near future. The reason isn't the one that "Haha, you're scared from this such of no sense...xP", but those games don't attract me to make me playing them. I prefer the ones related to fotbal or from shooter category.

Left 4 Dead was classic horror game.

Is cod zombies (all) horror? If yes then all cod zombies (dlc too)
