unclear situation

Hello to all readers,

I am not clear what would be right in this situation on Jail Server. So it would be nice if you post your opinion.

Facts

1.1
Terrorist comes from the toiletts near Disco where he used the teleporter.

1.2
Counterterrorist is in the punishment room on the left of the toiletts.

2.1
Counterterrorist doesn't know that the Terrorist taked the Galli and the HE out of the washing room.

2.2
But he says: "Drop and Don't move!"

2.3
Terrorist don't follow directly and would try to lie, so he writes: "I have no wepaons."

2.4
But Counterterrorist don't want wait and kill him after 4 seconds before the Terrorist can post his phrase.
The Counterterrorist had not gave a second warn/ a warn like "Last Warning" before he killed the Terrorist.

So what do you think? Which decision would be right: Freekill or a disobeyed Terrorist.

I have also logs of that, but it is not important.

to be added as a bind in the preferred menu.

But if you wish to lie for now, you can either use binds or shorten your phrase or even ask them to wait so you could completely write down your sentence. As everything the counter terrorist did was right and you had the time to reflex.

So he have not to warn before i kill him. But that is writen in rules. Also if you are 100% sure. He couldnt, he didnt see the weapons and the Terrorist didnt show it to him.

Thats the same like:

CT: Follow me!
Terrorist write: I need to heal.
CT shot on TS before he could post.

That wouldnt be a freekill? Idk.

How many times do I have to tell you? I already told you 7 times that he warned you and you didn't drop. The rules don't favour faking weapons.

He didnt know it 100%. You couldnt understand. What were if hadnt weapons? He couldnt know it to 100%. And rules directly says that if he is 100% sure that ts has weapons, warn him before opening fire! And that he didnt.

Maybe the rules were unclear, or maybe it was a misunderstanding. But it doesn't matter anymore. I'd be saying the same thing but meh.
Please approach the issues with your logic, not your emotions. Neither swearing nor intimidating won't do much good for ya. Keep calm and have a kitten sleeping on a potato.
