Does this count as ban evading? Erhmm.
Act 1: Rulebreaking
Act 2: Get usgn banned
Act 3: Play wit no usgn
New form.
Act 1: Get ip banned when your up changes randomly on connection.
Act 2: Play on the servers again.

In theory it does,since you were banned and you still play without getting unbanned,but i guess night or brain should answer this

(Your Mother changed his name to ''The Coon'', then, I changed my name to: ''I'm the CooN too!'').
This isn't ban evading. I just changed my name...He warned me. If I do that one more time. I will get IP baned. omg.

so... your usgn got banned,you log out and enter,it's ban evading? most of the moderators said "it's not ban evade,they can log out and continue playing"

Ban evading is playing without getting un-banned by a mod
