MOD 2 Application [rejected]

Im applying for MOD2 on Jail

Some basic info;

USGN: 99447
Country: Poland
Age: 14

I want to be MOD2 on jail,the main reason is to have MOD2 powers.
I enjoy playing on Jail,its a server where i spend most of my cs2d playing time. Im not really active on forum,I only go to report section to report free killers or other scumbags and thats about it,I always check other topics but I dont reply very often coz I dont want to post useless messages if i dont have anything better to say like some spammer...
And thats basically it,I dont know what else to add,you seen me on Jail so judge by yourself.

Mxcd is rule breaker i reported him many times.No.

Never seen him on the servers and this application is copied so I'm against it.
