Unban request [Banned]

I was banned in -[|FWS|]- Jail and I wish to be unbanned. The mod Ruffels banned me when he set my walkspeed to -100 and i could still walk. I don't know why he banned me but I wish to be unbanned so that I could play on that server again.

Apparently I am "Ruffels" now.
This dude was speed hacking.
He saw me and he immediately stopped the hack.
I started playing normally as if in nothing happened,after some minutes i went to spectate and started specing him,he seemed good now.
I went to CT and I stun gunned him,but he could still walk like a god damn rocket.
I tried it multiple times.
Immobilized him (-100 speed)yet he still walked.
if the logs are needed I will provide them,but I don't think I have a video proof for this.
However there were some players,mostly inactive in the server but there was a guy called Navy seal who is pretty much active in the servers and has a nice temper.
To make sure the ban wasn't false,I brought the navy seal guy and tried the stun gun on him and it worked,I tried it the same game on many others and it still worked.

The dude was clearly SpeedHacking to me and to everyone.

Edit 2:Oh by the way,forgot to mention he kept avoiding ban and came back with so many accounts,I banned him like 2-4 times not sure.

I saw him on the server yesterday an hour or two before getting banned and he wasn't speed-hacking at the time. I joined the server and later revealed I was a mod with !bc and he left the game.

The same happened to me yesterday but I don't remember his username.

Yo I stunned a player too and he kept moving, forgot who it was though but I thought it was a bug...

They can move but very slowly

I swear I won't do it again.
It's not like I was sonic and running around the map like a maniac.
Plz unban me I just wanna play the game.

Also, speed modifier for the stun gun is -25, not -100.

What do you mean by a discount?

No clue who is that player.

Please don't use stun guns to confirm speedhacking. It's not efficient for that. Use moderator speed mod commands for this.

Yeah I know I stunned him with a reason (he didn't follow or he had a gun I forgot)

May I ask when am I getting unbanned?

Alright then since you promised. You'll be unbanned but you can't escape the punishment. ;o
You're be temporary banned for 2 weeks until July 4th.

There's a little catch to this tho.
If you're caught ban evading during your ban period, you will be permenantly banned.
If you use hacks again, you will be permenantly banned.
