its not a reason for reporting him,
check out those spammer at jail server,they spamm more than 4 time.
-he did it because he was happy for a kill?
and AT LEAST he SAY sorry....

That user was supposed to be removed due to the multiple accounts here, i forgot about it. thank you for reporting it, at least i actually removed him now.

Yes, I agree with Brainless, I have seen him spamming more than 2 and 3 times... it is really annoying. Maybe I am late cuz the thing is solved but I did want to say my opinion.

Should I write more often that "checking-locking".. report would be effectiveness..
