The first thing you, as a represantive of the 'weak side' could do is turn off Caps Lock.
VIPs can't do much anyway. As for the Mods, they have a life too. They're humans like us, not robots who exist just to moderate that one server.

That's true, but like Bonzo said, Mods have a life, they can't stay 24/24 on the server.
I know this situation and I kick everyday players for hack, fk, help Ts etc. so I ask you : Can you stay 24/24 on Jail server?
Me, I can't cause I have school, I must learn, do my homework, go outside with my friends etc.
What you can do in this situation?
Just pray to God to send to the server a Mod to kick/ban these rage kids.
