Mod2's on -[IFwsI]- Jail can now remove VIP Users.

First I'd like to apologize for adding to many VIP users which resulted in abusive users being added. To combat that I've now given all Mod2 users the ability to remove VIPs.
If you remove an abusive VIP you must report it.  The reason, the usgn and name of the user so that there's no confusion as to why someone was removed.

Any abuse of this will result in your removal.

Neat, now we will be able to take some direct action in case that they decide to abuse, thanks.
They should already know the rules if they applied for VIP.

This is a great thing for the mod2's. Like MitaKnight said, they're able to demote them, if they abuse their rank. Great addition. *thumps up*

Great news, I believe none of the MOD2s will abuse it.

I think FWS's mod2 users are honest and experienced so they dont abuse that.

How can a VIP abuse their rank? From what I can see, all they can do is use coloured chat and a 'VIP kick' in which they need two VIP's for that to work.

Whilst being VIP they could be Rude/Freekill/Hack and set a bad example... A VIP could log in twice with the same account and vote kick users.

Not to mention multicolored spam.
Like regular spam, except it's actually physically painful to look at.
