Well I do believe that speed hackers aren't that much nowadays , Now there are some people who just free kill moderators and V.I.P's.
And free killers can be easily countered by just kicking them.
Besides I'm at the server 2-4 hours a day and I Do not believe that I've ever saw you o.o
But anyways ,I Didn't see you so I can't judge you , So good luck basically
