It's not a bug, MSdawid used ''supervise'' and saved his weapons for the next round. It's normal, nothing to worry about.

exactly... (i never use supervise...) I got extrance killed and next round I spawned with machete.
Suggestion: extrance killed guy should be spawned automaticly when and where he got extrance killed.
