moderator 1 application (fws jail) [Rejected!]

1.) My name: im usng name is Estguy. In game name is man nigga and im latley using DR. monsta as my nick too  
2.) My age: 15

3.) Since when I play on -[IFwsI]- Servers: 5D 15H havent played alot time but i havent standed alot in spectator and watched how stuff is working

4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? yes, i speak english very well 8/10 or better, little pit russian ( just some words), lately watching some finish TV, and my home language estonian.
5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D? not past but some time ago i got  moderator on lunia and joined their clan cus i had donated some money to them. and if you want little donations as much as 5€ per month then i can donated if my mother cares about the game.  

6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position? well i took to hear your advice to go little slow with the moderator thing so i made VIP apply about 2 moths ago and i have done many good reports on freekillers and hackers

7.) Short introduction: im VIP in fws jail and i would hope to get mod1, im rank 19 out of 7k players and im trying to get better still.

today 29.12.2014 ive seen so many freekills 6 have been banned and few kicked and i have all seen it over 40 freekills...
