3.) Since when I play on -[IFwsI]- Servers: Many years.

4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? If yes, which languages do I speak and how good? English, Finnish, Russian.

5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D? If yes, where? Fws jail, many old happy towns, shotgun servers.

6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position? Old player, and i already had mod in this server.

Don't abuse your powers on BG members, only if they're flame/insult you. Everything what's happened on other server(s) is none of my business, you'll be removed from the first report. (of course, with an acceptable proof)
