How can i get ban without playing 2 months? Can't connect to server. Tried to restart modem and change ip but same result. What am i did? :C

didnt know there actually were people in turkey not using random dns settings lel i'm from turkey too heard things were getting banned but didn't even realise.
also minecraft multiplayer is banned too as far as i have heard lol. get me outta here!
