4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? If yes, which languages do I speak and how good?
English, Portuguese, Spanish

5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D? If yes, where?

6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position? Its simple, I can do it, rulebrakers everywhere, i am not here to bring peace, but a sword.

I suggest choosing 1 server, you recently arrived here. It's a bad step to suddenly ask for a vast promotion when barely anyone knows you.
