Steru apply [MOD1-Accepted!]

Dear forum!

I am here to request for a ,MOD2/1 on -[IFwsI]- Doghouse.

1.) My name: Steru

2.) My age: 18, 19 in next 22 days ;p

3.) Since when I play on -[IFwsI]- Servers: I played at the start of this server... I'm playing max 3-4 h per day

4.) Polish perfect and English for communication...

5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D?
Yes,currently im hoster of PCS servers and ESL servers. Before i was hosting and moderating clan servers like: sH, Storm, DoD, ofP and others... I was moderating IML servers (for tournaments) too.
Otherwise im Tournament Admin, Referee, Head Server Admin of PCS.

6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position?I saw many situation when hackers play and admins isn't on server. Its rly uncomfortable.

Changed my mind, you could start with trail-mod.

This guy is good enough for Mod because he is an old player, but I suggest VIP. because most FWS members won't know you well and Mod2 is a big step. No one ain't gonna get Mod2 here on their first post.

Mod1 can't ban, but you really should start with Vip first

This is a waste of time for me sorry... I think for people having to play with hackers too ;c

It doesnt matter how good you think you are, MOD2 on Fws is something you work hard for.

I dont think that im good, i just want be a part of your management. In my opinion Vips are for fun, not for help.

Actually VIPs are not just pretty hats and lots of say colors, VIPs can also kick players but 2 VIPs are needed to kick someone.

Having him as a trial mod wouldn't be bad since he's a known member of PCS.

Agreed with Soushiant, he is a well known member of PCS and also a member of Storm_PL. BTW if you want to save the server from hackers, you can use !check , a command for VIPs which gives you the IP of the user. You can later report him at the report topic. Also Steru must be good at catching hackers. Good Luck.

Yea, I agree with Sushi. But mod position is not only for kick/ban haxors. Anyways good luck.

Funfact, I started from Mod1 when I first came here. There's no general universal law that someone has to start from VIP. If the guy seems trustable then he's given a shot.

Steru, you do seem like a quite trustable guy however you're completely new to our community forum and other players don't know you well or as how you moderate. I believe for the time being you can start with a Mod1 rank (Can't ban), show us what you've got and the next time you apply for a finalizing moderator2 position, the other mods will support you themselves given on account of your trial moderation.

Fun fact : in the past, ken was accepting new users as vips on his server, no matter what if he/she seems trustable or not and like this I started here.

The fact, that you have an opinion is alright, but admins decision is the final, which not always depends on your vote.

Keep in mind and put away your doubts, we know what we're doing.

*Anyways, worths more if you struggled yourself from vip to your current position, even you know it was a long, wearing time.
