You shouldnt get that. Youre playing here for one month which is not enough for vip. In your application you tell us you dont have moderating skills, so we can use this against you in future. Your brother with same ip will cause you problems like it did to me back then. There is more things i could say about you. No.

I thought VIP dosent have any moderating index or menu. And my brother left cs2d. I dont want mod i just want vip. I knew you would ruin this

Look buddy. If you are VIP you have a lot better chances to get mod than as a user. Its like first step for mod.

VIP can be engaged in good action so i can be more active. I just don't want to get involved in mod community.Just vip because i like getting additional features in my account

We are accepting. But not ones that are too much immature. We just need to know you, to see are you decent for this position. As Glix said, VIP is the second step to mod (with first being an user). And we hardly know you. Wait 2-3 weeks and apply then, after we see what person you are. Yes, VIPs need to be mature, as they can abuse their spam protection (in rainbows).

Seems fine considering to his age. I don't think giving vip to him will cause a disaster, anyway, the position is hard to abuse.
I can't understand how you think it's early or not, this rank is - as it's name says too - just a place in a VIP section, totally harmless.

Obviously, sudden made actions to receive MOD will be rejected, until the most of people know more about you and your future purposes here.
