U.S.G.N. Ban for a stupid reason.

Hey! Today I was bored so I went to play doghouse, I saw a hacker so I voted to kick him like a normal person *5 minutes later* a moderator came online, I told the moderator to ban the hacker, and few seconds after I got USGN banned I asked the moderator why (when I connected without usgn) and he told me because of fake FWS Tag

Few things I have to say

He didint warn
I only had the tag because I am VIP on jail server
The hacker didint got banned last time I checked
The mod had "Player 4" name
I removed the tag (because he told me to)
He still want to report me

Thats not a nice moderator in my opinion USGN Ban with no warning? I just thought having a tag is a good thing I am new here after all

I will add a poll to know what do you guys think better.

Edit: I just went to the rules and saw it isnt allowed to have it without premission, I'm sorry for that. But i still think he should have warnned me and not instant ban. Can you considier unban?

he already warned you as he said so but yeah you should've known it was a wrong thing to do, i'm still voting for yes since you understood it was a mistake.

You should read the rules of this community. You're not the only one who did that bcz of not knowing the rules.

@Dimi The only reason I didint read the rules is because I expected normal rules like any forum (example: dont hack, dont swear etc...) I didint think in any way that tag is a bad thing

You dont really have to unban me because I almost never join doghouse (I join mostly when I'm very bored)

Shouldn't the hacker be the priority in this situation? I mean why didn't you, instead of making a report, just warn him, change his name and watch the suspected player to see if he was in fact a hacker? Also, did you directly ban him when he told you that he thought he could use the tag since he is a VIP in the server?

@yashu: Also, if you see someone using the tag, this doesn't mean that you must ban him. You should warn him, tell him why it's wrong to do it and if he understands it, you could let him to correct his mistake (users who are from the clan are excluded for sure). I hope this mistake will not make you to lose your moderator status in the server(s).

I dont really like having any tag in my name, I only added fws tag to show my appreciation to the clan.

Using the Fws tag is strictly prohibit. Using it will lead to a ban and if one mod/admin spots you with the tag, you're basically boned. There are no excuses, bud.

@Yashu; Dimi I always rename and warn them before the ban and if they don't listen, they're ded flesh.

I still dont think we should ban players for using Fws tag. First  time around, just use the "Censor Name" feature and warn. Next time you see that user using the tag, kick. Finally ban.

Using the tag is not as serious a crime as hacking or even freevoting. It comes on the same level as spamming.

That's just my opinion.

Offtopicly: I think we should !kill the freekillers instead of an instant kick because most of the time they are not aware of what they did or they are new to the server only about 3 out of 10 people freekill to actually freekill someone. Using the kill command and then explaning them the rules are better until they do the 5fk which makes it a ban. I mean at least for mod2s since we can spawn the killed player back like nothing happened.
edit : i saw votes for freekill from 2 guys the other day. if you are a t and you try to kill ct but you miss that is too freaking late to surrender.

Se7en, I want join in [Fws] Clan too! But, If you're a V.I.P on [Fws] Jail it not means that you can put on the [Fws] tag. -.- . If you want join do an apply!

You'll be unbanned on the 25th. Never again use the clan tag unless you're in it, ofcourse. This applies to everyone. Ban evading will lead to an extension of your ban.

Why everyone who deserves an unban gets unbanned specifically on 25th of this month?
