Before this report made i sent Nighthawk a Private Message where i already asked about this rule.

Here are the rules which you/Zadon broke and why i punished you:
Zadon used always BIG LETTERS TO MAKE CHAT POST, that isnt polite.
You both insulted.
Also you freevoted, only because someone tried to vote you as a rulebreaker.

My opinion is that if a Counterterrorist kills a Terrorist with RPG in cantine, that would count as a Freekiller which isnt allowed. So also i take freeflashing in NPC room, if the Terrorist dies because he couldnt see, also as a Freekill, which isnt allowed and so i punished.
@alla, if Terrorist flashing a Counterterrorist, he would get killed directly. So please think about it before you make posts like that.
I handle after this rule and i didnt break it:
So there werent a reason to flash me, also i was in NPC room.
After that he camped in CT base. I warned him to stop, i didnt punished him because i made this post. The logs doesnt include this, i made them before:
I am not sure about this, but i think that is named camping which istn allowed.
