3.) Since when I play on -[IFwsI]- Servers: Rank says 7d 5h and overall since 2012/2013

4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? If yes, which languages do I speak and how good? If no, you lost all chances, till you will be intelligent enough. Yes

5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D? If yes, where? Yes.

6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position? I noticed that on my timezone there aren't many moderators and mostly VIPs, I would like to help moderating the server and I'm not a abusive guy.

I might look immature but I am mature when I need to be, at some points I might look like a 9 years old kid who acts like:
"XDDXDXDDXDXD LOLLOLOLOOL" and related stuff like that, but regarding things like reporting and voting to kick (as VIP) I'm 100% serious and never make a joke of that kind of things.

Also I would like to add that I'm joking when acting like that, I just have happy personality!

The reason for this is that you are not capable for moderation rights. I don't see you being able to take a correct decision in difficult situations which might somewhere as lead to someone reporting you and you not handling that well either since you also have a tendency of arguing over something even when the other person is right. o.o

What you said about being mature however being happy is not a bad thing. But at times you aren't able to maintain the consistency of it, this could go wrong somewhere in moderation.
