That could get understand, firstly that you are wondering that you got already VIP on Doghouse or
Secondly what i think is it, you are only wondering and want now to know how you would be able to apply for a VIP rank on doghouse.

My answers are very simple:
What do you think about checking all parts of forum before making useless threads, the way to this part of forum is more difficult to find as the Forum where you can apply for any ranks you want.
But after this thread, if i am you, i would think again about it:
