Well, you are allowed to ban them on sight, Reason: Freekillers, Freevoters and smart asses (crazy ban evader too). They know the usgn's of some mods, so when they think there are no moderators online, they start to do sh*t (freekill, freevote & etc)

He used aimbot on me and then he leave the server (I didnt remember his name, I found him today searching in logs his ip) . Everytime he get awp he press the flashlight to active his radar/line esp. He don't make random shots and never get suprised by an enemy (no eco). Sometimes, he take a break in game and surprisingly when he back to play, he know the location of the enemy. (Death menu hack)
