Well, espessialy at the last time i had to play without any other staff member. Without Moderators neither other VIPs. That's the reason why i am coming now for applying for the written rank below.
I am sure that i am able to handle with the specify powers and at this time i also think that i am able to decide which is the right method if i think that a player was breaking rules.

Since the activty of Samael diminishes, i only meet Kyoshi(Mod2) on the server, and at the last time some times Se7en(VIP). Well, since that there is nobody else who is Moderator and active on the Server. Generally i think it is rarely that hacker joins the server but i want to force the players to behave and use the vote functuon only if it is necessary. Also it would be helpful to kick AFK players who are staying in the item areas till they get killed, and that repeats every round till they get idle kicked or most of players realize that there is an AFK player.

General Informations

Well, i am playing every day around 16:00 - 19:00 //in germany, on my PC. Mostly cs:2d if it isn't too boring. I were Moderator on the hotchills server but i've played more on other servers so that finally the script removed my rank cause of the less activity.
Also i were Police Boss on IRAN Town and futhermore i am a Member of [TAB] and try to manage some situations on [TAB] Achivements.

I hope i could convince you from my personality and of the will to help the -[IFwsI]- Community.

That isn't true and I can't confirm that.
Also you must remember the server was a quite long time down(not on the list) so many MOD/VIP couldn't join, so me too.

Since Nighty posted the IP of the server in forum Im every day online for some hours and I rarely see that there aren't MODs online. Especially often there are Epic and Wardog(at this point a praise  to your activity guys).

But this post is just a general remark nothing to your application.

Speaking of jail,i havent seen you since the servers went down if im not wrong,and i played even when servers went down since i have it in favorites,in jail i see some active mods from time to time like zazz,wardog and peto (and me) and i've also seen another vip there (kiril) not many times tho,maybe its a timezon issue but i dont think so because the difference is only 4 hours o.o.Anyway since i havent seen you active in jail its obvious i cant confirm wether you deserve mod or not.
I dont play in doghouse so i cant confirm your activity there.

Regarding doghouse;
I've been going undercover since like 1-2 months and I'd like to point out 2 things I've noticed with your behavior and your activity: Ever since Im hidden and used random names you actively (as in you initiating a conversation by contacting me) called me a pussy, dumb and an idiot for little things like losing a super armor or killing you with hidden satchels which pretty much negates the "but i want to force the players to behave" thing - it seems that you're nice to mods and I like you as a person but that stuff cant be tolerated once you're a mod o.o

You're also not that active as you make it sound. In addition to me not seeing you that often on the server in general (which is okay and understandable since Im not the most active player either) I've also noticed that you often join and leave like 3 min later if you happen to be on the losing team. Sure, its understandable if it happens and it also happens to me but I've rarely seen you longer than half in hour on the server.

Dont get me wrong, if you work on your general attitude abit and perhaps stop PM'ing players for such stupid things I can see you doing a good job on the server. Just my 2 cents, good luck

Firstly, EpicBaron and Kingakis. I am generally talking about the time 16:00 - 19:00 and when i played on server, it is rarely that i saw Moderators on the server. Wheather Mods active, i don't care. I care about wheather Moderators active in this time, and that is rarely from my point of view. And when the server were down, there played nobody.
And if doubt my activity, that shows the TOS. I am/were active.

Well, i would stay wirh this opinion that camping, what is since anywhen allowed(idk why), with a stealth suit under a tree is okay, but planting mines and stachels under that is for me a poor tactic. But surely it is rarely that i said that, but i also will avoid this rarely times *.*

If being online when staff members are offline makes you eligible to become a moderator then 2/3rd of the jail players would be mods. Also you've been having a few problems with the rules, especially you kill Terrorist when they have an AWP without saying "drop". I've had a few misunderstandings regarding the rules due to certain changes but they are cleared out now. Another thing I'd like to point out is you don't accept your fault. I'd rather wait for you to improve your attitude before seeing you as a mod.

you still dont follow rules correctly and translate them the way you like such as (i can open 1terrorist cell and put him in zombie machine and i open the other after and lock him in scan room and get the others to work room so all are locked because im so disadvantged!) and many other rules etc

Seriously? It is boring to answer again to this statement. It wasn't a freekill and you should accept this. I accepted my former mistakes and i try to aviod false decisions which lead to any mistakes. I was trying to explain you and now for the third time that if TS is trying to attack/kill a CT, this one is surely allowed to defend himself with killing this TS. If he wouldn't be, the gamemode would crash.
Secondly it seems that you didn't read my application clearly. You are accusing me that i wrote that i must have the right to become a Mod only because in this time there are too less of them. But that's false. For you, it seems that i must be entitled to become a Moderator only because there aren't enough Moderators from my point of view.
But it is like i explain now, what i said is or should be the reason why i were applying for this rank, it has nothing to do wheather i will become or i won't become a Moderator. I hope i could explain both points clearly that you won't have to post them again a fourth time.

Edit: YourMother, what are you talking. I do not and I did not, and surely when i would do. Why it shouldn't be allowed, so don't say something what's so false. If this should be a rulebreak, than you have to kick every third CT.

Firstly the AWP wasn't even scoped, I was looking away just holding it and the rules clearly state that you "must" say drop. You even had an amour so I don't see what's the problem. You say "Attack" when I didn't even shoot with it.

Anyways I don't want it bring up stuff like you telling Brainless that you'd insult him again and ruin your application.

Tell me how other players should know wheather it was scoped or not? It isn't possible to see that. Also attacking with AWP is holding the AWP on this player and if CT waits longer, than he is dead. And wheather i had armor or not, i don't care about this specify situation, inferno. I care about that principle. Nearly every CT would do the same, only not if this one is retarted.
Anyway i apologized for this and it annoys that you review this also again. If that is the thing what Brainless think that's not okay, than he will reject this easily. But i want to get judged with my other skillls.

Finally, that's the current rank on -[IFwsI]- Jail and at the moment nobody is online, surely Mods are hiding as ghost or? A Player wasn't able to understand what the gamemode Jail means and freekilled more times, than i will surely leave also the server .-.
The -[IFwsI]- Doghouse function that i can post rank and it shows me my rank doesn't work. Also the statistical side doesn't work. Well this, i guess, is planed.

If the truth insults you, it isn't my problem. Firstly you can't vote what guys like you cannot realize. Secondly i did in past a lot of useless reports of Moderators but that stoped. And finally i don't respect many user/player who don't deserve it because they behave like retarted childrens. And that has nothing to do wheather i like these persons. Well since you sent me a PM, I'll let you know that If you want to know the reason, it won't affect my image, but yours.

It's simple as this, I've seen you "follow" the rules and it's mostly not even properly doing so. You can not seem to behave and you seem to spar with everyone on on the forum.

What would be difficult that I get Mod1 when I am not popular by other users? That is more the thing that I don't get supported ingame when there is a Mod online this wouldn't help me if it isn't surely.

So you say that you banned the possibilities for VIPs out of my fault? Perhaps the one was a fault. But that was unique and if players get kicked only some bitches think that they have to freevote when there is at all a less minority of other players.

Fortunately, I do not care about making friends or foes. I'm doing my job as an administrator and I make decisions based on valid reasons. I couldn't care less about a group of people hating me because my decision didn't appeal to them or even the very opposite.

Remember this, I'm not here to please people and make them happy, I'm here to make decisions in order to keep the server running properly without moderators not knowing the rules properly playing around in the server.

As for you, you are not liable for this position. If you were, you would've been a moderator by now.
