Hello guys i'm here to apply for Vip rank in [IFws] - Jail

My Apply ....

1.) My name: NoCat . Sometimes , I play with name < Ultimate >

2.) My age: 16

3.) Since when I play on -[IFwsI]- Servers: In general, I started to play Cs2d from 2012
I found that it's work in Multiplayer < Srsly ? XD > in 2013 . Then, i saw [IFwsI] - Doghouse
i really liked it so i played on it a lot of time then i left Cs2d in 2015 Cuz my account have been hacked ... ;( . At the end , I back to play Cs2d With new Usgn ... And back to Play [IFws] - Servers

4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? Yes , I speak Arabic < 10/10 > . Also English < 7/10 I can get more skills but War in Syria gotta go more and more so i can't easily learn a lot Sorry ;(... > A little bit french < 3/10 >

6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position? Well , when i started to play Cs2d i didn't see a lot of hackers and freekilelrs also spammers . But, When i back to play in 2016 that's was like wow . There was a lot of hackers like someone  his name was xKarim
And freekillers like LucyAngelGirl then idk if i can help so i think Vip can't banned xD but i Vip can kick ...

In the end , i just wanna say i follow rules and i don't break it if i forgot any rule i back to read it like when i was putting lasermine on awp room someone said it's not allowed < he was siN thanks > then i back to read rules then i saw that's it's not allowed and i followed

Perhaps you should wait before you write a vip application, until a admin write a decision about your ban (or did i miss something ?).
I saw you to rarely to say an opinion about you.

Edit: You can just kick players with vip, if an other vip also vote the player.

cuz some of my friends happened to them about 1 hours then they back to play

If you get triggered over someone insulting you, you don't deserve VIP. Also get to know the community a little better before expecting to get a rank here. After all you're not going to judge if you're ready for this position...

If you've been in this game for long enough you should know that players from the enemy team can't votekick you. Also you're 16 and you should know how to deal with 7 year olds who want attention. If you start to report everyone who cusses the report section will be full of junk with players who haven't done much to deserve a ban.

Also, in the past a few people had been given ranks when they were new and they messed up badly (I won't mention who). Although VIP position can't be abused easily, it wouldn't look so good if FwS just gave out VIP to new players who half of the (active) community doesn't even know.

You are obviously new to this game. Even if the entire enemy team votes you, you won't be kicked unless your teammates vote you. If staff members can't keep their cool it would ruin the community's reputation. In my opinion you're not ready for this position yet and you thinking you're ready won't change others opinion.

Excuse me? Any player faking a member should be firstly Warned > Kicked > Banned by this order. Killing him for one simple insult or one simple freevote proofs me that you are not ready for this position.

It's not about the faking. I witnessed your behavior personally. You killed a tr when he insulted you and you almost killed me for escaping down cell 7 unarmed.
If you want to become VIP you need to be able to follow the rules properly and atleast keep a cool head.
Regarding your name, It'll be changed soon to 'NoCat'.
And regarding your question, VIPs can vote like normal players but their vote counts more than normal players.
