Firstly, you've already answered your question in your own text.
Secondly it's very easy to say that because it's already some months ago since I've played on Iran Town and I would never find these logs.
Thirdly I've read it. Like siN already said it isn't a crime if you're going to be inactive for an unknown time because your PC crashed, you went in holidays or you've taken more time for school... it is not important but I do not understand why you're going to apply directly again, that's irational from my point of view.

And to sum up, minecraft is sh*t, and iran town is also sh*t, also if it's a bit less. Be happy that emre is hosting your minecraft sv and build somthing more interesting out of it.

Samael, it isn't any personal problem. The thread has the sense that everyone have the possibility to give his opinion and experiences about the appliance so that the administrator can judge them better.

And futhermore posting logs, like gosu said, is pointless since Iran Town isn't a sv of -[IFwsI]-, nearly nobody of the admins play or have played there and it's not that hard to fake logs. You only can ask yourself whether it could be possible that something is true of what we're saying, since we aren't alone with that view.

Also the IRAN TOWN server has no rules, like you can do everything in there no one cares.

Everyone knows that Iran town is like Hacker town/retard town/flamer town/kid town/children town,no one gives a small tiny very very non existent piece of f**k,you can hack you can flame you can rage quit you can free vote,no one punishes you for it at all.

Which means Francis can do whatever he is willing in there since it's allowed.

It depends if the rules are or are not written.

If they do are written,then it's the same thing that happened with YM,he breaks rules in a server because everyone did it.

About his activity:He started being more active as far as i've seen.
I'm not sure about the rank abuse since i probably played in Iran town 3 or 4 times a long time ago.I guess that if gosu's got some logs (which i dont believe it's true) we can find out.I don't really think they are lying but i cant proof it,since i haven't seen francis moderate enough.

As a last comment i believe mods should be removed due to inactivity unless they say they will go inactive,but that's a "different kettle of fish"

You said the same thing as this statement:

Now look, if the server had rules then maybe you're right but it has no rules which means the admins ALLOW you to do anything you want.

I believe that what gosu says it's that even if there is no rules admins may consider his behaviour in other servers.
You could use TXT collector and search i.e. "Francis" in the logs to find it.

Or hand them to me + a small bribe + an aproximate date of the facts.

Or use windows explorer to find it. (Yes it can find text inside text files but you need to tweak the search settings)

As gosu said, it's to difficult to search any logs from a time which is several months ago and we/he don't/doesn't even remember the right date, that's ridicolous.
And se7en, I said, there are the same rules like here, only that there aren't any freekill rules.
If you spam, you earn a chat lock.
If you insult, you earn a chat lock.
If you hack, you earn a ban.
Same as here, I am Mod there too and these nearly have no guide lines, however if you abuse, the admins will anywhen get it, but PBs have the possibility to freeban without andyone else notice that. And there isn't a law that you need to write them in F1..


And also appliance shouldn't only be active in the application time, they should be active before, in and after this time.

I've only seen him play a few times on the servers but he seemed to have a proper understanding of the rules. I haven't seen him rule-break yet and he's a friendly guy too.

Well, its ok but it isnt a good behavior.
Personally a MOD should be serious in every server and not flaming, insulting etc. it s about respect other ppl.

Yet I am still awaiting proofs that he actually did that...

It's seems that you do not understand se7en. What's about leaving to demand anything for our statements to the admins? We've already said what we want to and I think gosu won't search in logs whose are 2 months ago, same as me, so use our opinions or let it be.
