I want to be VIP [Rejected]

Dear forum!
I would request to be a VIP on -[IFwsI]- Jail server!
1.) My name: shmex
2.) My age: 17
3.) Since when I play on -[IFwsI]- Servers: 15 dd 06 mm 2016 yy
4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? If yes, which languages do I speak and how good? If no, you lost all chances, till you will be intelligent enough.
I know English very well and Russian (my native language)
5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D? If yes, where?
I was mod on ''Jailbreak'' server but now this server doesn't work. I don't have any proofs.
6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position?
Because I like jail servers and know their rules. I hate freekillers and hackers.I want this server was the best
7.) Short introduction: FWS Jail is my favourite server

I haven't seen you on the server that much but I remember once you freekilled. As much as I do not recognize you very well and do not remember if you really freekilled or not I stay neurtal.
