About !b command

I have been checking the !b command now and found that its not working that well. I saw that commands like unmute,ban and other commands were not been functioning well. Cause i need the command sometimes to play as a ghost in the server. but i m not able to use it. either i m set as mod-1 for that command or banning is not working well.

Edit: i again tried it ip ban and ipall working
