Regarding applications

Please don't complain if you're not accepted, I'm only going to accept people i think "might" be suitable for fws. if you're not please don't ask why you're not accepted, I won't tell you why you're not.
You can always apply again in the future.

Man i think he means that he is going to accept guys who are here from long time...
and maybe are mod2 in servers.
I don't say that i am going to be accepted 100% sure.
but i have better chance then you.

What i mean by applying again in the future, it would be in a few months. Right now some people have applied and i know very little about them, thus I'm more incline to reject them(This is not entirely the case for everyone, there's different things to factor in). I usually would only accept users if I have known them for a bit longer and have enough knowledge etc about them to choose whether or not their acceptable for the clan. Please note there's different things factored into accepting people as well.

So you
accept people because you know them well ...
and other things that are based on their behaviour ... etc.

i know all that put what i mean is to mention
if there were Particular reason(s) for the rejection
as "the applicant will always be rejected for the same reasons"

I don't think I have earned the rights to give a statement about this fact, but in my opinion thats a bit unfair. Not that you understand me wrong: Some guys' applications were really "unlucky" in language and in the behaviour of the candidates themselves. But I think the candidates who made a formal, good application and are rejected earn at least a reason why and what they could do better

I really dont wanna speak of me! I just see a lot of people in my mind who dont know how to change so that they could be accepted.

On the other hand, I guess that a lot of people just wont learn, even if one tells them what to change in their behavior

I make sure that everyone who apply for FWS member know why are they getting rejected.
And not just me.
Even if it's not necessary, we do it.

I noticed that during I read the rest of the topic discussion here, too! I instantly clicked reply after reading ken's starting post. Glad you do this! I would be kind of sad, if I got rejected and I was not even told why. That's why I made my post above. Glad you chiefs are so active! Well, I must say, this forum is indeed very very active, i love that!

Is not active as before bcuz servers are down and -[IFwsI]- is not accepting VIPs/Mods atm. I think we're getting a bit off-topic.
