I've made update on California jail.
I've made it more fun, I hope you like it.
I've made a *Free day*.
It's one round that all Terrorists have weapons and armors and the cell are all opened.
But the chance to be Free day is 25%.
It's new so I'm sure that they will enjoy it.

I think 28% is perfect for 9 rounds.
Revenge... I don't think so the main problem will be still the same old Free kill.

I think the percent could be just a little bit lower. Maybe 20?

It's hard to make it 20% this way I may lag the server.
Cuz it's all env_break... and env_expl..., I hope you know what I mean.

I've taken a look at your map, you could even REMOVE 2 breakables.. you wont have to add any breakables to decrease the chance for a freeday. An additional delay will be enough.

Also i agree with Apfel about the killing ... some newbies are learnig form just watching Pro player aren't killeing Ts so if they got surprised by Ts killing them the next round will be a massacre D: .
