(unclear) Situation

Dear Forum,

Well, we played together on Jail Server and we had a unclear situation, let me explain.

Me as CT

Terrorists
- inside the cantine = wanted
- outside of the cantine = not wanted alias EpicClown
- a third TS player was inside



I was coming from FN-Room and some CTs already got killed.
The Wanted inside had an AWP and failed to kill me with his first shot. I start shoting on him throught the door. EpicClown is moving into my trajectory so he got killed. After that i succed to kill also the Wanted.
- EpicClown had a Weapon
- He wasn't Wanted

Was it a freekill and so a freepunishment of him or not?

Well, his opinion was that i freekilled him because i didn't warn him to drop these.

My opinion is that it wasn't one, firstly he walked into my trajectory and he had weapons. If you think about if i had firstly warned both of them to drop their weapons, the AWP guy had done is second shot so i would die.

What is your opinion?

The thing is CTs cant go shooting anywhere when there is a wanted TT and another TT (in theory) disarmed,i remember being kicked once some time ago for killing accidentaly a TT that was a few tiles behind a wanted,and in the picture i was against the box actually,and if im not wrong ahmed was a bit to the left of me ,so he may be a witness

Well, firstly that was not the theroy and you was not unarmed. When you would be it, it would be more ner to a freekill, but it only confirm that it would be a deadly choice to try to write/doubleE and warn you more times to drop.
I cannot remember which thread/reply was about this topic, that (innocent) terroris went into the trajectory of the CT and when he killed them that they started to vote them, if somebody is bored here, he could search the reply/thread, i guess it was in Fws Jail Forum part.

srsly like u don't  know if we're shoring and he entered the fire line it's not free kill

You don't just come in the middle of a gun fight and expect not to take damage. If you tried to intimidate him or anything it wouldn't be a freekill either.

Let me check loga,since i do not remember him saying "drop",i might be wrong,but IF he warned the it aint a fk,and i didnt entered the fire line,i was in the boxes,i'll check logs now

Nono, let me read my first post again, i did not warned him. Because i expected that they are all have weapons and firstly kill the guy who was wanted and had AWP.
Anyway you were not inat the box. You were ther what i marked.

The thing was more like this,the wanted guy didnt shot you,the wanted guy shot a CT outside of window in kitchen,i was next to the box flickering flashlight and ahmed was as i said (i think it was ahmed,almost sure) near me

Its kinda confusing since if u wass shooting wanted guy and another tt came in the way it's not a free kill, but the second one is free kill cause u didn't warn like drop or something.

Yeah, that was the problem. So i asked here wheather someone is more clear about it.

for me i ask a mod2 to spawn the guy who came in the shooting place between a ct and a tt without punishing that ct* tho.

It wasn't a freekill.You were shooting and EpicBaron enter in the fire and died.If he had weapon or no,it won't be a freekill

as what dizio said its not a freekill but i think that a mod2 must /should spawn him.

Exactly...
Common sense... Of course a CT isn't allowed to shoot in the crowd to kill one wanted T during there are many innocent Ts. BUT: If a CT shoot a wanted T and another Terroist run into the fire you are responsible for that.

The thing is,i was against the box,with the elite from the interrogation room (hidden ofc) and i saw the guy in cafe open the window and kill a ct with awp,in that moment,a ct came from the cells corridor with fn and stopped exactly to shoot at me,one cant do 100dmg accidentally that way,since i was against the box and the other TT was in the window,it just doesnt make sense!(unless he has wall piercing bullets and tried to kill the wanted TT,and i doubt that is what happened)
