Although he cannot understand proper English, there are players who are Turkish and need a representative for them who can speak at least a little English.

Although I would not support him being a moderator, I would completely support him for the position of VIP. He can be very useful for players who speak his language that need help about the rules or about the forums, and be very helpful by posting reports on freekillers and hackers as he is very active on the forums.

There is already me and tuborg(vip) using Turkish language and i believe our active time is higher than this guy.
I think that is really really low english to become anything in our* servers.
