Hello,
I want that Samsun should lose his rank and here's why:
1.Freeshooting TT's at the beginning of the round, including me.
2.Insulting me, and probably other people for no real reason.
3.Helping specific TT's (Probably friends)
4.The lack of communication (Asking him stuff -> gives a reply that I can't understand).
I got proof for the second argument:
And I even got indirect proof about him helping a guy called ¢®£å±µ®£.~ (Giving him weps, etc.)

I totally agree and feel with Elfing.
Most of this kind of players are from Turkey which is the reason we get banned from some of the games(you can't imagine how many beta keys I couldn't get) and even from youtube videos. This is sad.
