Why would I like to become a mod: Simply I want to help moderating the servers, and so to kick annoying hack users.
Why would I be suitable for this position: I have moderated two servers for a period, I think I'm capable of moderating the servers confidently.

I would open the cells after opening you, also I was not the only counter-terrorist. You did open other cells and so I killed. As I mentioned for many times above, please ask Dark Light and other moderators if forbidding terrorists opening cells are prohibited.

On the contrary, he told you to not open the cells, he's not wrong.
In the rules it states "CT must open cells", doesn't say "TT must open cells", he could've opened the cells in a minute or less so later. If CTs didn't, then you can very well vote/warn them.
Neither of you are wrong, it's a bit of a clash of understanding the rules.
However as a TT you should do exactly what the CT says.
And as a CT you're required to not leave TTs unattended in a cells for half of the round.
