Add new rule

I see usually terrorists without gun going close to guy with weapon and i wont kill him and it bit hard to kill that guy with weapon so, what about adding rule: If you are close to terrorits while there is fight going on, ct have rights to kill that guy too.

If your girlfriend is close to you, you're allowed to kill her. Lol?

you just warn them about being too close. it happens often so if they keep being close after you warn you are allowed to kill them i guess.

offtopic: didnt want to create new topic and since this is about rules, some mods seem to not understand this rule in f1 :
Each freekill = kick; 5 freekills = ban!

It's easy to solve this, order that unarmed guy to move away, wait a while and say last warning if he dont you able to kill him.

And NO about this rule, if they make something like this freekill rate will be increase like %300. This is risky.

That's why the quick commands created, anyways.
