in jail server Some Guys making rule if u enter ct base u Died. I Drop before Enter And enter The base And he freekilled Me

Cts can give orders to Ts,in this case they order you not to enter ct base,so it IS allowed and its NOT a freekill

And you are very clever to go to the ct base without guns:

And you open cells because you want die:

1) That question you can also ask a online Moderator or other experienced players. Futhermore it is possible to aks someone per PM and do not make for every situation a new thread.
2) They are not any rules. You should read them again:
