My Questions About Fws Escape

I was play fws escape almost 1 year, my favorite map is Escape De Virus K. I have questions about this server :
> Who is server owner ?
> Why server not accept vip at this time ?
> How to make my escape map can be add in that server ? If can, please make free space in map vote.

I don't know whether this is place for ask the question or not, if not : Pls don't ban me ! I am only registered for 1 day at this time, i am new and i don't know to much about this forum. Thankyou and sorry for my bad english.
