i have a question, perhaps it would be usefull to make a general thread where everyone could ask for anything so it isn't necessary to make a new thread again.

A Terrorist is fighting in NPC room and stayed alife and ask the Counterterorist who is staying outside, that he wants to get his health points again to 100%.

But the Counterterrorist doesn't act and go away without start a new round or open the door for leting him outside.

The Terrorist was the last Terrorist who was alife, there were at all only one other Counterterrorist who would be available to open his door.

Is he breaking this rule?

You can't forbid the Terrorist from healing.

But than the Counterterrorist is throwing his HE into the NPC room and it is very possible that he takes hp from the Terrorist because there isn't at all much space.

Is it similar/the same like freeshoting and breaks so this rule?

But the Terrorist is shoting on the Counterterrorist while he opened the window, perhaps because he can't see anything or he does with intent, we can't know.
Counterterrorist is shoting 2 times with deagle on the Terrorist. At the End of the round, a Zombie killed the Terrorist.

Is it freeshoting which lead in this situation that the TS died. Is it breaking this rule?

1st Question:I suppose that the ct IS breaking that rule because he can let him heal but he wont.

2nd Question:I think it is freeshooting,since you hurt an innocent tt.

3rd Question:It depends a lot on the situation,i usually just close the window unless it's an obvious intend to kill me.

few mod2s told me only smoke and flashbang is allowed in npc room since HE will surely cause a freekill

epicclown is right, but about the last one, if you opened the window to throw an flash or somthing and he started shooting at you, which takes about 50% from your hp, u are free to kill him since he was SURELY shooting at you.

Yesterday, i were warning more than 5 times a player who were freevoting other player without any reason. He didn't stoped, so i started a double connectuon and kicked him as VIP user. But after that, surely, other players started to vote me for multi connection. So is it possible to add this Double Connection Topic also into rules, if not, it is nearly useless to allow that for the VIPs.

i multi connect at both jail(used to) and doghouse to kick abusers but i never do it until all people(that have opinion not including zadon friends) agrees hope you learn something from that

I know, but what is when player does not longer respect any staff members. I won't kick with this AFK players or Camper.

I don't think free vote is a reason for double connect. It make more problems than it solves.

well i think the multi connection strategy(thank you YourMother san) is necessary when there are not mods or admins in the servers and the VIP need that because without that, it could be a chaos and we could have freekillers everywhere or worse freekillers who use multi connections(The dark side) and we need more than 1000 normal users votes to kick one man. just imagine how frustrating is for normal users kick the freekiller but he have multi connections.

The thing is,vips are not trusty enough as to have the multiconnection thing available,that makes them very similar to mod1s (excepting for punish commands),most vips are player that know the rules but are in "training" for mod position and to earn the trust,so the multi connect thing is something that must be used only in extreme cases.

I don't think its a serious problem that someone free vote because you need more than one free vote to get kicked... So its just time waste of the freevoter.

But I just think it isn't necessary for such a "small" rule break.

And also you can't be sure whether its a free vote or not... Nobody know, maybe the guy has been insulted by the other guy by PM? Just an example

It's funny that some of you follow half of the things I tell you to follow. I did say that VIPs can multiconnect to vote someone however I also did say that ONLY in MAJOR situations. Such as someone MASS FREEKILLING or CHEATING/HACKING (AND ONLY IF YOU'RE 100% CONFIRMED).

VIPs are NOT moderators and they're NOT there to ENFORCE THE RULES.

Okay, that you didn't said in this post. Anyway, i will do so, also if i have the opinion that if someone is cheating or hacking, the most of the players detect this also, so there is no need for multi connection and he gets vote kicked. Perhaps not by aimbot...
Kingakis, well. If somebody votes every seconds when he is able to vote again, one new player, it isn't really difficult to see what's going.
I am sure that i am not a Mod but for what are the rules when they are only a less minority who enforce them and if VIPs only allowed to report Hacker, who almost don't get banned if you report them...

Anyway, for this situations, i created this thread. Better asking than keep going to make mistakes.

A rule is that CT aren't allowed to help the TS. What's the about the opposite of this; so TS aren't allowed to help CTs. That means for example that they aren't allowed to help CTs with saying them the positions of radar of their teammates?

TTs ofc are allowed to help the CTs,lets suppose a CT is trapped and asks tt to open the couch in hospital (for example) in that situation the TT is helping the CT

This should count as ghosting.

can we make the tactical sitioation that makes the no camp rule disabled as every one take it as reason to camp and break rule clearer please?

Yesterday, when i joined server, a guy changed his Name from PiWi + any symbols to mej. I asked him why i used my nickname in his one. While playing also this kehernaci changed his name to Freekiller PiWi and another to Fanclub piWi. I don't like this and didn't know how i could react. Can i do something against it? I already asked, so that wasn't a solution.

A last CT is upgrading his supply next to the wrench room near the helicopter basis. Is it camping if you upgrade a supply and what is the right decision to do?

I don't see much point in having the wrench if we can't make super supplies so I let them upgrade. If thwy make a base or something and camp there then I don't allow it.
