MOD1 application by NiceGirl<3. [Rejected!]

Hello, I'm doing this apply because since my last report I think that I deserve/need MOD1.  

For the new people, Alkitran, BLACK CAT , TheWorld... I'm going to post my Introduction.
For everyone, I'm going to post my VIP jail apply, and my last failed MOD1 apply.

Oh, and. I know that I said on inactive topic that I'm going to be inactive. I decided to play CS2D on weekends (If I don't have homework or exams) and in my freetime.

You've changed positively since your last application, but even though you're taking things too serious, being wild when you're freekilled and else.
Also you're doing well by reporting rulebreakers, but it has a high chance to abuse your powers, if I mention the things above.

Moderators are keeping the servers clean for rulebreakers and hackers, but now I see, you're only want to wield the tag.

You are right. But, I'm active on servers. And, not always there is a Moderator (1 or 2) or Admin. And, I'm sure that I won't abuse my powers.

You are wrong Brainless. I have reported a lot of rulerbreakers. Why do you think that I want MOD1? For kicking/slowing them down/muting. And, this don't means that I'll abuse...At the first 3 days (maybe), will be a bit difficult for me to decide if a rulerbreaker should be slowed down/muted. (Not kicked.)
