This is one of the factors on why you are not worthy of having this rank.
You are pretty "trigger-happy" on rules. One user types relevant on-topic post, you misunderstood, and there goes the ban, and you can't sense and differentiate sarcasm, like the examples on the chatbox you showed, so you're vulnerable to unintended insults.

Well, remember that my 1º lenguage is Spanish. I don't know 100% the English lenguage. If I don't know 100% de English Lenguage, how I can differentiate if ''someone'' is jokeing me or just is a sarcasm?! Just saying.

Sigh. Well good, this is a proper step to improve. And even if you're spanish, that reason would be one-sided because you can speak and understand decent english, as far as I know.

Another factor is that you should handle your emotions seriously. On the deep sh*t of the internet, no one will care despite of your gender, especially this group of communities. Remember what I showed you about your intro? They made fun of you. It will be a problem for moderating.
