I have said this before and I'll say it again. Whether it's my decision or Brainless's, there wouldn't be an difference between our choices.

You hastily applied again while the situation around you was still dire. As a result, you got mostly negative feedback. You may be attempting to change however something as that does not happen within a few days. Recently you insulted Brainless over his decision and your behavior was not suitable as for a position. Even if you say you changed, the past is still there until you atone for it carefully.

That's all I've to say on this matter. Locked.
