I think the reason of elizabeth is rationaly. Was the other player also vip? If not you had speak with a mod like R.Fury to mute him otherwise report him too

Exactly,specially at this time there were 2 MODS,so muting,ip checking,kicking,killing were all available,but replying back was NEVER a way to solve problem
